This is every kid’s favorite meal!

If you are looking for an easy, creamy casserole to make for dinner, this Chicken Alfredo Casserole recipe is a good choice.

It brings gourmet flavor to your dinner table without much hassle or time investment. I have a box full of go-to recipes for those busy days when I want to serve something nice but don’t have the time to slave away in the kitchen. This is one of those recipes. Chicken Alfredo has a fancy name, and if you like creamy, cheese-rich dishes, it does sport great Italian-style flavor.

Making it into a casserole is a great way to speed up the process and reduce the hassle. After all, you’ve probably got hungry kids and family members to feed, right? Who wants to listen to them howl about how hungry they are any longer than you have too? Not me!

So, I’m always thankful for recipes like this because it’s easy to make, tastes good, and very filling. Everyone is usually happy with it, too! This includes my picky eater son 🙂

These bite sized little Southern cakes are perfect for tea time or a quick morning breakfast.  With a simple, yet intense vanilla flavor, these puffy soft cakes truly make a meal! With just a few simple ingredients, these tea cakes are super simple to bake. Serve them with some fine cheese and crackers, during tea time… there’s plenty to go around!

Be careful, though, if you’re serving these to a larger crowd! These tea cakes are so delicious that you’ll probably want to make a double batch. Or at least try and grab a couple of them and hide them! They will be gone in a matter of minutes and, believe me – you don’t want to be left without!

I love seafood dinners but sometimes it seems hard to find tasty recipes that aren’t too complicated to make on a busy weeknight. This Herbed Baked Salmon is about as fast and simple a seafood main course as you can get. And with fish like this, you want to keep it rather simple… no need to overload something already flavorful on its own.

I know that not everyone is keen on the flavor of an oily fish such as salmon, but if you aren’t totally opposed, I really suggest that you give this recipe a try. This is a simple but well balanced set of herbs that, with the zesty acidity of lemon, complement the natural flavor of the fish very well.

Just like its sibling, the pineapple upside down cake, this Caramel Apple Upside Down cake is loaded with sweet, fruity flavor, only this recipe has more of the spicy comfort of fall than the tastes of summer. I happen to like a good upside down cake, regardless of the exact flavor. I think that this is perfectly suited for autumn and the holiday season, however. There’s nothing like the soothing comfort of caramel and the crisper, slightly acidic sweetness of apple to warm you up during the cooler months..yummy!

Add this to your holiday menu and you’ll become everyone’s favorite chef! This is the perfect dessert to compliment any meal – and I promise you, it’ll also make the most delicious breakfast treat with a hot cup of coffee in the morning.

Meat-Loaded, Baked Goodness

It’s not your everyday quiche – not that quiche itself is what you’d call “every day.” This Meat Lover’s Quiche, as the name clearly suggests, is for the meat eaters of the world. It’s surprisingly simple to put together, too. Honestly, the few times I have had quiche in the past, it has been a bit overdone and made of a veggie blend that I could take or leave. This meat- and cheese-rich deliciousness came out just right, though, and made for an excellent main course – not that you need much on the side for something like this.

But if you want to serve a lighter meal, make a nice green salad on the side and remember portion control with the quiche! However, with a quiche as delicious as this one, I wouldn’t worry about calories.

Every now and then I love to eat something super delicious, without feeling guilty about it at all. And this one is definitely worth it!

Beef Stroganoff may have a fancy name and hearty, filling flavor, but it isn’t that difficult to put together. Your slow cooker makes it even easier. Mother often used beef stroganoff as a go-to meal for hectic midweek nights. Even on the stove, it’s easy, but with the Crock-Pot, it’s cheater-level simple.

My husband is a good cook, but he would rather not spend his evenings in the kitchen. This is one of those recipes he is always happy to put together – he knows it’s going to be delicious, even though it’s so incredibly easy to make! In fact, I think I’ll ask him if he wants to cook dinner this week!

If you like cinnamon rolls or anything similar, you’ll love this cake. It’s fast-baking, delicious sweetness that makes a bunch.

My sister and I had a special relationship with cinnamon rolls, growing up. There was a place close to where we lived that served these giant-sized versions called “CinnaMonsters”–they were delicious. Anyway, let’s just say that I think that making cinnamon rolls into a cake is an excellent idea.
