Let me ask you a question – and be honest with me here; how many brownie recipes have you tried over the years? Five? Ten? Fifty? I haven’t actually kept count but I’m pretty sure I’ve tried way more than twenty. These days when you can search the internet for anything, there are so many recipes available that it’s hard to decide between them. So, let me save you from all that trouble by telling you that this one is IT!

If you like peanut butter and chocolate, you’ll love these Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cup Brownies! It’s a quick way to a really rich, delicious dessert. I enjoy most all types of brownies, but I have to agree with Nutmeg here: These are rather addicting! Be sure to bring your sweet tooth when you make them, though. If you like Reese’s peanut butter cups, you’ll be in heaven with these.

This Toffee Apple Cheesecake recipe puts that classic caramel apple flavor in creamy, delicious cheesecake form. It’s easy enough to make for yourself at home, and with the optional garnishes it looks (and tastes) wonderful enough to serve even at formal gatherings. It shouldn’t be much of a secret, at this point: I love cheesecakes of all flavors. And I love the smell and flavor of apples and caramel, particularly in autumn. This cheesecake really isn’t all that difficult to put together, either.

My favorite cheesecake used to be strawberry. It’s a classic, it’s fresh, and I don’t think I could ever get tired of it. But sometimes you just come across another interesting recipe that you want to try – in this case it was a huge success! This recipe will definitely be stored in my box of favorites.

If you like the flavors of fall and you like cookies, this recipe for Pumpkin Cinnamon Cookies may be just right for you. It’s neither really difficult nor really time consuming to put together. Cookies in general are a really good go-to when you want a nice sweet treat without a lot of hassle. I love the flavor of cinnamon, so I really enjoyed these, and it’s hard to beat having something ready in under half an hour.

Another thing about cookies is that, for me, personally, it’s a lot easier to watch how much I eat when I’m having cookies instead of cake. You know how it is with cakes, don’t you? You can easily have two slices (even three…) with all that cream and frosting, and it won’t even bother you. But when you’re having cookies, it’s like “Oh my goodness, I can’t eat four cookies, can I?” And you stop at two – which means you’ll save yourself from a bunch of calories compared to cake. Or at least I hope that’s how it will go!

You know how, once in a while, you feel the need to start a diet? Maybe not even a diet, per se – you just want to get rid of a couple of extra pounds or generally feel more energetic. Many of my friends swear by a low-carb diet. I haven’t tried it – mainly because I love bread so much that I think I’d go crazy after a couple of days! But when I found this incredible recipe and tried it, it blew my mind.

If you love the taste of a cheeseburger, but hate all the calories, why not find a way to substitute the bread? These stuffed mushrooms are the perfect, compact, and healthy answer to all your burger dreams! Ready in under an hour, this recipe makes 24 mushrooms. Serve as an amazing appetizer, or even with a green salad for a delectable lunch or dinner option.

I remember back when I was a kid and my friends would go crazy over a jar of Nutella… They’d pick a spoon (the bigger, the better) and start scooping that stuff straight from the jar, while I just had a taste and didn’t quite get it. I don’t know what I was thinking back then! But I sure have been trying to correct my mistake over the years!

That delicious Nutella flavor combines nicely with the classic “pie spices” to create a great sweet treat for fall and winter; these incredible Nutella Pumpkin Cookie Bars. I was a late-comer to the Nutella party, but I have to say, it’s a rather versatile ingredient. Of course, it tastes great just as a simple spread (on bread or what have you), but why settle for that, when you can use it to make such yummy cookies?

If you like apple, nuts, and cream cheese filling, you’ll love this Apple Cream Cheese Bundt Cake! You could probably have the cake without it, but I think that that praline frosting really puts this cake over the top. And all of that cinnamon and apple really smelled lovely while I was baking this – the perfect flavors for the holiday season!

For having such a rich flavor, this cake certainly is rather moist and buttery – and rather well balanced. Sure, a little of this cake goes a long way, unless you have brought a really hungry sweet tooth with you, but nothing is out of place here. It has a really great flavor for autumn and the holidays. Do use a 14-cup bundt pan if you have one; it will fit into a 12-cup one but only barely so. And while you’re at it, why not make two and save the other one for later (just make sure you hide it well…)

A Delicious Italian-Style Dish

Stromboli is what you could call a sort of pizza sandwich – or just a stuffed pizza, with the toppings on the inside. As-is, it’s a five-ingredient recipe, though of course you could tweak it according to your tastes. Putting it together is basically a one-two process – about as simple as it gets! This Easy Stromboli recipe makes for great party food or a quick and easy midweek dinner item. It only takes about 35 minutes to have it ready, and it’s really easy to put together.

Even though it’s basically the same ingredients you would use for a pizza, somehow it tastes totally different. Perhaps it’s because the toppings (or should I say, fillings) bake so wonderfully inside the dough. I love adding veggies to the mix – and my husbands favorite for these is definitely jalapenos!
