My family loves easy meals. The reason for this is because we have busy lives; well at least my husband and I. But even though we are always in a constant search for easy recipes, we always want to make sure that they taste really good. A meal is meant to be enjoyed; it’s not meant to be rushed or merely tolerated. So my husband and I always make sure we all love what is being served at the table. It usually means careful planning and thorough search.
I do have an arsenal of recipes that I learned everywhere- from my Mom, my Grandma, from my aunts, from my friends, and even from the recipes I get online and from the magazines. But sometimes, no matter how much you know, you still run out of recipes to cook. So yes, you always have to be on the constant lookout.
This one pot chicken alfredo skillet recipe is one of those that I accidentally came upon. I cook chicken alfredo before, but I am so open to trying new versions. And this version is something that I now love because it’s a hit with my family!
I served this cheesy and creamy dish with crusty bread and blanched asparagus. We had a complete meal that’s simple to make yet very flavorful. I am sure anyone who will get to taste this will love this!
