This Toffee Apple Cheesecake recipe puts that classic caramel apple flavor in creamy, delicious cheesecake form. It’s easy enough to make for yourself at home, and with the optional garnishes it looks (and tastes) wonderful enough to serve even at formal gatherings. It shouldn’t be much of a secret, at this point: I love cheesecakes of all flavors. And I love the smell and flavor of apples and caramel, particularly in autumn. This cheesecake really isn’t all that difficult to put together, either.

My favorite cheesecake used to be strawberry. It’s a classic, it’s fresh, and I don’t think I could ever get tired of it. But sometimes you just come across another interesting recipe that you want to try – in this case it was a huge success! This recipe will definitely be stored in my box of favorites.

If you like cheesecake and like red velvet cake, you will love this beautiful marriage of the two: the Red Velvet Cheesecake. It’s a decadent blend of textures and flavors that is sure to make your sweet tooth really happy. Wow, this looks so festive and tastes even better! Many people probably would save this treat for the holidays, but with the weather already turning cooler, I just couldn’t resist giving this recipe a try. And boy, am I glad that I did! It’s two of my favorite types of cake, beautifully layered into one.

The mid layer can be deceiving – for someone taking a quick look at this cake, it may look like cream cheese frosting. But it isn’t! It’s the delicious baked cheesecake in between the gorgeous red velvet layers that makes this cake so extra special. Once you have a taste, you will keep going for one more bite!

If you love Nutella and chocolate, you have found the right recipe for dessert!  This Nutella Chocolate Cheesecake brings the rich flavor with an Oreo crust, Nutella and Ferrero Rocher ganache, and an easy cocoa- and Nutella-based filling that doesn’t even require any baking.

When the Nutella craze first hit the scene, I was slow to accept it. I usually want to make sure that it’s more than just a fad before I dive in. Though I probably couldn’t eat a whole jar in one sitting more or less by itself, the way that some Nutella die-hards can, I do have to admit that it is a tasty treat. That hazelnut flavor goes nicely in many desserts. It combines beautifully with chocolate here to make a no-bake cheesecake that is over-the-top delicious.

Need a yummy no-bake dessert for your next family gathering or potluck?  Grab some of your favorite childhood snack items and make this fantastic No-Bake Snickers Cheesecake!  The hardest part will be waiting on it to set in the refrigerator and trying not to eat it too soon. How about that, a cheesecake made easy?  And if you like Snickers, you’ll love the textures and flavors of this one!

Yes, there is some chopping and mixing involved, but don’t worry; it’s nothing overly complicated.  And the closest thing that you’ll have to do to actual baking is warming up some gelatin in a bowl of water for about half a minute. I went a bit heavy with the caramel on top and left out the fudge sauce; if you prefer, you may do exactly the opposite or have an equal helping of both on there.  Whatever your exact preference there, you’ll have a lovely crunchy, sweet, and creamy dessert.

Classic cheesecakes can be delicious, but they have a reputation for being fairly heavy.  If you want something similar that is a bit lighter and more warm weather-appropriate, you should give this Roasted Strawberry & Ginger Ricotta Cheesecake a try.  It has a delicious and decadent flavor without weighing you down.

I am a devout cheesecake lover, but even I have to admit that cheesecakes can be extremely heavy, especially if they have the rich toppings and crust that I like the most.  I thought that I would give a ricotta cheesecake a try.  I have to say, I was very pleased.  It was rather light and fluffy, allowing me to enjoy all of those delightful sweet and piquant flavors without getting too bogged down after a few bites.  (And who wants to get bogged down on a hot late-summer day?)
