Pork chops make for a good choice for a great meal. And you can make these Glazed Pork Chops on a budget–in under half an hour! I enjoy pork chops many ways. Deep fried is the obvious choice. If that’s not what you’re looking for, though, using a rub that makes a nice glaze is another excellent option.
Though I suspect that the numbers have gone up a bit since Budget Bytes made the cost estimate, I think that under two US dollars per serving is about right. For that matter, if you prefer going with thinner pork chops, you can just cook these on the stove and forget about the oven entirely. This is one of the tastiest pork chop recipes I’ve tried, and my whole family loves it. No leftovers, ever, unless I make a double batch!

Quick tip: If you don’t have an oven safe pan, you can use a baking dish instead.
