I can’t think of one person who doesn’t like brownies, and sometimes, the best kind, are when you go back to the basics.  This secret to this dish, is a little hint of coffee.

This recipe makes 20 bars, and is ready in about an hour.  Serve it with a scoop of vanilla bean, and a dollop of whip for a truly delectable dessert.

This inventive bread, is also known as a Babka, and tastes just like one giant cinnamon role.  Top it off with a smooth, orange glaze, and the sweet factor hits the roof.

Last week we had a big snow storm. School was cancelled and I was facing a day inside the house with the kids, trying to get my work done and still have a little bit of sanity left at the end of the day. I had already started planning for all kinds of fun games for them when I realized they hadn’t had breakfast yet, and we had run out of cereal! A couple of sad-looking, brown bananas were staring at me on the kitchen counter so I did a quick search online and ended up with this marvelous muffin recipe.

When the scent of baking these fills your kitchen, you can savor the air, like you’re already enjoying these warm, moist muffins! You can never go wrong with banana muffins. Their classic flavor has been on the favorites list for ages. This recipe is ready in 30 minutes, and yields 9 large muffins. Sprinkle the tops with cinnamon for a finishing touch!

The best EVER potato dish – and super simple, too!

I absolutely love au-gratin potatoes I will order them by default anytime I am at the steakhouse. Most of the time, though, they are considered a side dish – but it doesn’t have to be that way! This recipe has a unique twist.

If you’re like me, you’d be happy to have just au-gratin potatoes for dinner, seven days a week, and you wouldn’t get tired of them! With this recipe your family might not think you’re crazy anymore, because you can now amp up the side dish and turn it into your main course. Not only do these potatoes have the normal cheese and somewhat normal bacon, but these also have full boneless skinless chicken breasts which actually turns this in to a complete meal.

Not only is this easy but with the addition of the boneless skinless breasts it is relatively healthy as well. This would be perfect for your next pot luck or tailgate party. Please let us know how yours turns out and as always please share with all of your friends.

Wow, I love pies and I love cheesecake – and this amazing summery Lemon Lush dessert has some of the qualities of both while delivering a refreshing lemon flavor perfect for any time of year.

Different variations of this recipe have been around for years – decades, even, but this one really stood out from the crowd because of the little extra tweaks. The original creator of this dessert recipe has added some really nice touches to this recipe. For instance the crust has little chopped pieces of pecans that really add what I call the “Southern” dimension to this dessert. This is such an easy dessert to put together, and if your family doesn’t like lemon – just use a different type of pudding mix! This is sure to impress your family or would be perfect for your next potluck.

This is a very versatile recipe and you can change it up in multiple ways, to fit your taste better – or just to keep it fresh and new every time you make it. And I guarantee you are going to be making it often!

Quick Tip: Instead of pecans you can use other nuts for the crust.

Don’t Tell Me You Haven’t Tried These Yet!

Let me tell you something. I never ever thought there could be such a thing as gourmet Tater Tots. But here I am, trying to convince you there is! If you give this recipe a chance I promise you will not be disappointed.

These are tasty, very easy to make and just looking at them makes my mouth water. These little potato pillows of deliciousness are also freezer friendly. Make them in large batches when you have time, throw them in the freezer and you’ll have them ready just as easily as the grocery store version! You can really surprise your next dinner party, potluck or tailgate just don’t say anything like they are regular tater tots and everyone will be asking where you got them.

You know what my favorite thing is, though? I have two very picky eaters in the house – and they both absolutely love these homemade tater tots. That alone makes this recipe a huge winner! Please let us know how yours turn out and please share with all of your friends.

Let Me Tell You Right Now, This Is The ONLY Lunch Salad Recipe You’ll Ever Need

Are you bored of your regular lunch salad recipe? The same one you’ve brought to work every other day for the last year? I know the feeling. But there’s no need to worry, because I’ve also found the solution!

This chicken salad is super versatile and really quite easy to prepare. I used the Greek yogurt and some low-fat croissants for mine only because I am trying to eat healthier, but I bet this recipe would be crazy good with some of my homemade mayo.

Also, I am not a huge celery fan, so I used pickled okra in mine to replace the celery. It was really good – or if you like celery keep this as is! This is a great pre-made lunch to take to work because you can make large batches and it keeps well. You can change the flavors so that you won’t get bored – and you’ll save a bunch of money when you don’t have to go out for lunch!
