If you love the flavors of your favorite summer Mojito, then this cookie will make your mouth water. The lime filling is infused with fresh mint and a buttery macadamia or pecan nut crust (your choice!).

Bake these up and you won’t be able to wait to cut into them. Similar to a lemon bar, this dessert has a soft filling with a firm edge. This recipe makes 36 bars and bakes in 40 minutes. Take your first bite and you’ll be imagining yourself on the beach with drink in hand!

This White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake is a true classic.  The mix of light tartness with soft, creamy sweetness is sure to delight chocolate and fruit lovers alike, and the raspberry swirl is quite visually pleasing, as well.

I really enjoy mixing my fruit with my chocolate.  And though I will indulge in a bit of the darker variety, now and then, something about that white chocolate flavor has always really enticed me.  This cheesecake recipe was right down my alley.  You will often see white chocolate raspberry cheesecake offered by gourmet fine dining establishments, and it isn’t difficult to see why.

I know that raspberry is a bit tart for many people, but the white chocolate and that cheesecake creaminess really balance it well.  It makes for a nice contrast that really pleases the taste buds.

Quick tip: If raspberries are out of the question for you, you could always use strawberries instead.

I love cakes and enjoy my frozen treats, too!  This Frozen Strawberry Crumble Cake recipe offers the best of both worlds.  It’s easy, too:  Just 20 minutes of prep, then let the freezer work its magic, and voila!  My favorite kind of recipe – super delicious and doesn’t take much effort to put together.

Unless you were totally sugar-restricted as a child, you probably have some fond memories of eating a fruity popsicle or two.  I know I do, and those strawberry ones were one of my favorites.  I also developed a love for cheesecake at a very early age…something about that crumbly crust and smooth, creamy inside just really did it for me.  This recipe deliciously combines the greatness of both these delicious sweets, and it is so refreshing to eat on a hot summer day.

Ah, cheesecake… it’s so hard to go wrong with it. So light and airy, yet so sweetly indulgent… Pick the right flavor and you’ll have even the most discerning dessert eater saying, “Mmm, that REALLY hits the spot.”  This recipe from Six Sisters’ Stuff is a fantastic choice for any occasion.

I remember that irresistible Southern banana pudding that Mother used to make when I was little. Take some good pudding mix, throw in some Nilla wafers and Chiquita bananas that were just a little too ripe to eat by themselves (we were good about eating fruit, but we didn’t always eat all of it in time), and voila!  So simple, yet so mmm-mmm-GOOD!  Take that simple deliciousness, multiply it by two or so, and add an ample helping of gourmet sophistication and elegance, and you have this delightful banana cream cheesecake recipe.  It is to die for, trust me.
