I really enjoy mixing my fruit with my chocolate. And though I will indulge in a bit of the darker variety, now and then, something about that white chocolate flavor has always really enticed me. I know that raspberry is a bit tart for many people, but the white chocolate and that cheesecake creaminess really balance it well. It makes for a nice contrast that really pleases the taste buds.
