These Cookie Bars Made With Browned Butter are YUMMY!!!

These cookie bars are gooey and delicious! The browned butter gives them such a yummy buttery flavor. These things are dangerous… I almost ate the whole corning ware dish of them to myself! And they are a huge hit with my whole family. There’s no way I could ever just make one batch of these. Well, I could, but then there would be none of them left for my family! So I usually just double all the ingredients in hopes of being able to share them with everyone.

I even took these to work and everyone loved them!My secret tip is to use a bit of food coloring for the frosting to make these match the theme of whatever party we’re having. Pink ones are perfect for a little princess’ birthday celebration! In fact, when my daughter was little I made her something just like that for her birthday party. She loved it and so did all of her little guests.

These cookie bars are very easy to make and the taste delightful. You’ll feel super proud of yourself once you make these and serve them to your friends and family. Enjoy!

Easy To Make, Even Easier To Gobble Up!

Mexican food is a big hit in our house. My husband likes his Mexican meals so spicy and hot that I almost want to keep a fire extinguisher nearby. I, on the other hand, like mine a little milder.

What I love about fajitas is that I can make the filling somewhat hot and spicy, and I can add mouth burning salsa for my husband without having to eat that myself. It’s a win-win situation! Usually I also make a double batch of the filling and we eat the leftovers with rice for lunch the next day. Which is awesome, considering how busy I am with work! These fajitas are extremely simple to make and I guarantee this recipe will immediately become one of your favorites, too.

So many people get Mexican takeout just because they think it’s difficult to make at home. That is so not true! This dish is so simple you could put it together even if you’ve never cooked a full meal. And you’ll save a bunch of money, too!

If there’s one thing I really enjoy for breakfast, lunch or dinner (why not even dessert), it’s bacon. Whenever there is at least a small chance that adding bacon would make a recipe even better, I’m all for it. And I have to say it hardly ever fails! This Bacon Brittle recipe is a grand slam hit! The caramelized flavor of the brittle combined with the salty smokiness of the bacon… All I can say is WOW! This is also a really fun project to get the kids involved with, and you can make this as a family.

That look on their little faces when you pull out the hammer to break the brittle… Priceless! But I have to warn you, they’re going to want to make this every day from that moment on!

I have boxed this brittle up during the holidays into decorative tins and gave it away as gifts. Who wouldn’t want to receive a sweet treat that is laced with bacon?

I Bet You Have Never Seen Stuffed Shells Done Like This!

Every now and then a recipe surprises me with the “why didn’t I think of that level of ingenuity.” This is one of those recipes! I am truly in awe of this recipe, and I know you’ll be too! I used beef for mine, but you could just as easily use ground turkey or chicken. I also used enchilada sauce instead of taco sauce because that’s what I had in the pantry. Mine turned out fabulously! When I told my family we were having Stuffed Shells, everyone was completely surprised that they turned out to be Mexican!

These shells are great for a potluck or a tailgate. Everyone will be amazed at your creativity! But most of all I’m just happy these are easy enough to make for a busy weekday meal.

I like to serve the stuffed shells with all the regular taco condiments such as sour cream, salsa, guacamole, and hot sauce. It’s fun to let people pick and choose how they want to dress up their stuffed Mexican shells 🙂

I have to say this was one of the most amazing meals I’ve ever had in my life. So good!

This video tutorial on how to make authentic baked manicotti is the most comprehensive and authentic that I have come across. The instructions are simple, and the results are phenomenal. Plus, it’s really easy to follow. I tend to get a little lost when following a written recipe! Manicotti is one of my favorite Italian dishes but getting it to turn out correctly is a challenge. Even half the time when I order it out the consistency is off. You can’t have the consistency off!

Well, this is not the case with this recipe – they turned out perfectly. In fact, it was so good that I decided to serve this to our dinner guests the next week! I wasn’t surprised when they practically lined up and begged for the recipe – after they had licked their plates clean, of course! I’m sure this one will be on our list of Top 5 pasta meals for a long time! Let us know how yours turns out, in the comments below.

Oh, and if you have a recipe to share, please do! I am always looking for fun, new pasta recipes to try.

Love chicken wings? Check. Love Sriracha? Check. Love chicken wings and Sriracha combined? Check-check! These are so easy because you do them in the slow cooker, and they are fall off the bone tender.

My family loves wings! I remember when the wings craze first hit back in the early 80’s and I love some good traditional buffalo wings. But these honey sriracha wings are a great change of pace and as I stated, they’re super easy.

Make these for your next get-together or a game night and I guarantee they’ll be gone in the blink of an eye! And if your family or guests love extra spicy food, you could even add a little bit of red pepper flakes. But make sure you have a fire extinguisher nearby!

You’ll Go Bananas Over This Super Special Monkey Bread. It’s Unlike Any Other Monkey Bread You’ve Ever Had!

I just had my first monkey bread about five years ago and since then it has been a love affair. Seriously, there isn’t one thing not to love about this bread. It’s soft, chewy, and filled with all the famous ingredients that make our mouths water over a slice of pizza pie. I have mostly used canned biscuits because I have been doing the cinnamon sweet ones. And I have to say they’ve turned out so delicious I thought nothing could beat them. I mean, who can resist the callings of sweet, ooey, gooey cinnamon rolls?

For this, however, I decided to use canned pizza dough and it was amazing! I may even dabble with the sweet ones and try pizza dough next time. Anyone who likes pizza or cheesy bread will absolutely love this monkey bread recipe.

I served this pizza monkey bread to my kids for lunch and they loved it. I gave it to them with ranch dressing and extra pizza sauce for dipping. I made sure they had a side of applesauce and carrot sticks for added nutrition. It was a successful lunch 🙂
