Spring is upon us and with that brings lovely pastel colors and fantastic, fresh foods. Now, we aren’t saying that this magnificent spumoni cake is good for your summer bathing suit goals but what we are saying is that it’s good for your sweet tooth, and that’s all that really matters anyway.

Spumoni cake is the perfect treat to bring to a baby shower, graduation party, or spring bridal event. The colors are gorgeous ranging in soft pinks to whispering greens. You almost don’t want to eat this cake because it’s just too darn purty! Ok, we lied, we TOTALLY want to eat this cake, and so will you.
