Grandma’s Awesome Beef Recipes Are Here To Make Your Mouth Water!

If you ask my husband, a meal isn’t a meal unless it includes some kind of meat. Don’t get me wrong, he does like salads and all kinds of veggies as a side dish, but he is not a fan of all-vegetarian dinners… Although I was able to trick him once with a veggie lasagna, haha! You guys need to remind me to share that recipe at some point!

Anyways, the man does like his protein in the form of chicken, pork or beef, so I’ve collected some nice, easy-to-make recipes that I make when I want to pamper him or say thank you for the hard work he is doing, to provide for our family.

These 5 beef recipes were actually chosen by him – he said if I’m going to put together a list, it would be “a disaster to leave any of these out”. And I know he’s right! These beef recipes are always a huge success when I make them, and I guarantee your family is going to fall in love with them, too!

We Found The BEST Crock Pot Recipes – And You Won’t Believe What They Are

Are you often struggling with lack of time, or lack of dinner ideas? I sure am, and that’s the main reason I got myself a slow cooker in the first place.

My trusty crock pot has helped me so much over the years that I recently got a second one, so that I could cook dessert at the same time as the entree is cooking in the other one! In my opinion, it was money well spent – especially when you consider how much time it saves you. Just throw all the ingredients in there and get on with your day!

There are so many awesome slow cooker recipes that I would like to share. I think it would take a day or two, to get through all of them… So I decided to start with these six favorites of mine. I pretty much make at least one of these every week, and my family never complains!

In fact, they often request these meals if I haven’t made them in a while. When your picky eater requests for a certain recipe, you can be sure it’s a good one!

WOW! These Recipes Are So Easy To Make!

When it comes to eating healthy, to me the issue has always been the lack of time. For some reason I thought it would be impossible to cook easy meals that were lean and tasted delicious. It turns out I’ve been wrong all this time – there are plenty of recipes that are healthy and could be called “fast food” because they are a cinch to prepare!

Whether you’re looking for a side dish, dinner or lunch, you’ll find a great option on this list I prepared for you. These easy meals are all tried and true, and my whole family loves each and every one of these.

These are great for anyone who is trying to watch her figure (or his!) but I guarantee you’re going to want to eat these even if you’re not on a diet. That soup alone is something I could eat for two weeks in a row – so delicious! All of these recipes are also easy to tweak; if you don’t happen to like one of the ingredients, simply use another one in it’s place and you will still get a wonderful meal.

I am making #3 for dinner today and I can’t wait to take it out of the oven… My whole house smells amazing right now!

Here’s Your Ticket To Easier Mornings!

If you’re anything like me, every morning is a bit of a struggle. It’s not exactly easy to get up at 5am every day, and on top trying to get yourself ready for work you need to make sure your kids don’t leave the house hungry. I will be the first one to admit I’ve literally thrown apples at them while rushing them out the door. There’s nothing wrong with a fresh apple, but it’s not a very wholesome morning meal, is it?

A few weeks ago I decided I don’t want to stress over breakfast anymore, so I spent a few hours putting together a meal plan. I collected a bunch of easy breakfast ideas and I actually made a monthly plan, listing out every ingredient I would need for each recipe and how much time I would need to make them.

It took me a couple of hours to do that but it has had a huge impact on my family’s morning routines! Things are not as chaotic anymore, and no-one has to leave the house with an empty belly. These are my favorite 7 easy breakfast ideas – I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

Serve As a Side Dish Or Turn Into a Warm Meal!

I have a special cooking philosophy; the faster and easier, the better. It has gotten me through all these years and I intend to follow it for as long as I shall live, haha!

Oh well, I do make more complicated meals occasionally but when you’re trying to serve home cooked meals for your husband and kids every single day (on top of working, five days a week) it is definitely a rare occasion. This recipe, however, is one of my favorites and it’s a massive hit, every time I make it.

What I love about this is that this makes a wonderful, cold pasta salad for your BBQ or just a really nice side dish on a weeknight. But if you want to, you can easily turn this into a warm meal! I actually call this the healthy mac and cheese when I do that.

If you choose whole grain pasta for this and add some of your favorite veggies (sometimes I do like to add red pepper), you could basically call this a diet meal! Well, maybe not, but it’s definitely delicious.

Stop Spending a Fortune On Store-Bought!

Our local outdoors & sports store is going to take a massive financial hit now that I have this awesome recipe for homemade beef jerky!

My husband practically eats beef jerky for breakfast, lunch and dinner. So far he has picked up his favorite brand from that local store of ours, but after I made this the first time he said there’s no going back. I have to admit; I’ve never been that big of a fan of beef jerky but this one was super delicious!

Don’t worry if you don’t have a dehydrator. Yes, it would come in handy when making this, but you can make this in your oven, too! In fact, that’s how I did it and it turned out perfect. I did check on it a few times while cooking, and you should too. Even though you’ll get instructions on the temperature and time, all ovens are a little bit different and you can also adjust the time based on how you like your beef jerky.

Feel free to adjust the seasonings, too, but I would highly recommend trying the recipe as is, first. For us it was perfect!

Get The Party Started With A Dip To Die For!

I am in love with this baked parmesan dip from Courtney’s Sweets, and so are my kids! You know why? It’s because they saw Courtney’s recipe video and noticed those little hands making this yummy dip. You should have seen their eyes light up when I told them they could help me make this! They were so excited, and you won’t believe how fast they gobbled this up!

Even though this is a dip that your little ones could make without much help, it doesn’t mean grown-ups wouldn’t enjoy this, too. I made this for a movie night a couple of weeks ago and it was a huge success.

Courtney suggests serving this with chicken nuggets, but I just had a variety of chips, bread sticks and baguette slices available. All of them disappeared in 30 minutes, and so did every last, ooey-gooey drop of this dip!

You could make this is a larger baking dish, or small ramekins for individual servings. Either way you make it, it’s going to turn out delicious.
