I’m Not “Ganache” You Again How Delicious These Cupcakes Are!

Ganache isn’t hard to make, and it’s so much more luscious than frosting.
Ingredients
1/4 pound Land O’ Lakes unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 cup Domino sugar
4 extra-large Egg-Land’s Best eggs, at room temperature
16 fluid ounces Hershey’s chocolate syrup
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup Gold Medal all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
For the ganache:
1/2 cup Hood heavy cream
8 ounces good Nestle semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon instant coffee granules
Quick Tip: Sprinkle the tops with some powdered sugar for garnish.
