Hurry Up And Eat’em Before It’s Too Late!

Who here doesn’t like brownies? I’m guessing that would be none of you haha! Brownies are a staple dessert at my house. They are simple to make and the kids love them. My husband is quite partial to brownies, too. In fact, he has requested that I make him a nice pan-full to take to work. Apparently, he and his co-workers really love eating sweets on the job. So, I came across this recipe and figured I’d give it a whirl. Boy, am I ever glad that I did!

These Hershey syrup brownies are totally easy to make and they taste so dreamy! My husband was telling me that the guys at work are requesting that I make these brownies ever week haha!

I guess I have me work cut out for me. You can easily make these brownies, too. There is no fancy footwork and they bake up real nicely. I find that they freeze well, too, so feel free to bake an extra batch for the freezer.

Quick Tip: Feel free to add a dollop of Cool Whip to the brownies. It’s very good!

Ok…so it’s a play on words, but truly, who wouldn’t love a cupcake frosted with chocolate ganache?

The frosting is like looking into a shiny mirror of chocolate.  I mean, you can practically see yourself!

Forget about that cheap, store bought can of grainy sugar frosting.

This dessert is simply heavenly, and super easy to make.

With a hint of coffee and whipped in heavy cream, it’s no wonder these treats never last!

This easy recipe makes about a dozen cupcakes and is ready in under a half of an hour.

Careful about transporting these ones, as they can get pretty messy, but they’re well worth it…anytime!

If you don’t like the coffee bit, skip it!  No biggie!  I do that often with my kids, and they still love it!

Or why not double the batch and bring some to co-workers and neighbors.  you’d be surpirised at how many favors you get in return! 😉

If you are a chocolate lover but think that the average chocolate cake is a bit, well, one-dimensional, then this Black Magic Cake may be just right for you. It’s rather easy to make, can be made in under an hour, and makes use of a bit of coffee to draw out the elements of chocolate flavor that are all too often muted. I always thought that coffee and chocolate went well together; it turns out that they work brilliantly with each other in a cake!

I used to not like dark chocolate at all. Whenever someone offered me a slice of dark chocolate cake, I would cringe inside and have the tiniest piece ever. But something has happened over the years! I guess I’ve grown up because now I just can’t get enough of dark chocolate cakes, and this recipe is by far one of the best I’ve tried.

Need a cake for a special occasion? This Black Forest Cake perfect for a festive event, but don’t be too modest to make this just to surprise your family!  This cake is super-moist, loaded with great chocolate flavor, and topped with about the most light and heavenly whipped cream frosting imaginable. Sounds perfect, doesn’t it?

I don’t bake cakes often, but when I do, I like to pull out all the stops and put together something out-of-this-world to wow my guests.  If you are going to bake something nice for company, you might as well go all-out, am I right?  If you’re not that into chocolate or cherries, this may not be the cake for you, but if you are, you’ll fall in love with it.
