Our friends over at A Lot Of Recipes had nothing but good things to say about Sloppy Joe Casserole. Check it out:
“You can use ground beef or ground turkey (we like ground turkey because it’s not as greasy).Whichever you decide to use you are going to love this simple and quick recipe. There isn’t much to making it…brown the beef or turkey, pour in the Manwich and then put it all together in the casserole dish. Wahlaa! In under 30 minutes you will have an all time favorite casserole.”
I’ve secured this recipe in my big ‘ol book of favorite meal ideas. We are going on a camping trip this summer, and I think I might make this instead of traditional Sloppy Joes. I’ve always wanted to use the oven in my camper…
Ingredients

Quick Tip: You can use any cheese that you have on hand for this recipe. I didn’t have mozzarella at the time I made this, so I used shredded cheddar instead. Still delicious!
Thank you to A Lot Of Recipes for this great meal idea!
