Ok, I know some of you are saying “Really, seafood lasagna?” But it is so delicious you might never go back to traditional lasagna again! Surprise your family with this tasty dinner and they will be wondering how on Earth you managed to hide a professional chef in the kitchen!

I have to admit I did not use imitation crab meat. I bought the real thing and I upped the quantity of it to be equal with the shrimp – one pound each and I doubled the cheese as well. Because, you know, you can never go wrong with double cheese, can you?

I know what my family and I like so I often spice up recipes a little. You can try this one as it is (you won’t be disappointed) or you can change it a bit to your liking.
