Ok, ladies and gentlemen, this is a recipe for a pineapple zucchini sheet cake. And guess what? It’s good for you! And guess what else? it doesn’t taste like it is! This cake is moist, decadent, and very yummy. I LOVE the homemade frosting. Talk about a flavor festival in your mouth.

Now, this cake is quite large so I suggest halving the ingredients if you are simply making it to serve as dessert with dinner. However, if you are taking it to a church potluck or family reunion, by golly, make the whole gosh darn shebangs worth. I found that this sheet cake was super easy to make and it didn’t require any fancy footwork, which I love.

Argo cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, barilla pasta, Bertolli extra-virgin olive oil, black pepper, Bob's Red Mill, Borden, brown sugar, casserole, Chiquita, chocolate peanut butter pie, Clabber Girl, College Inn, Cool Whip, creamy jif peanut butter, crock pot, Daisy sour cream, dessert, Dole, domino sugar, eat, Eggland's Best eggs, food, Gold Medal flour, granulated sugar, Green Giant, Hershey, Hodgkin’s Mill, Jell-O, Jif peanut butter, Johnsonville, keebler, kosher salt, Kraft, land o lakes butter, Libby, McCormick spices, Morton salt, Oreo cookies, Pam Cooking Spray, Pepperidge Farm, Philadelphia cream cheese, Powdered sugar, recipe, Sara Lee, Sargento, slow cooker, Thorn Apple Valley, Toll House, TruMoo milk, tyson, vanilla, vanilla extract, Vlasic, Wesson vegetable oil, whipped topping

I have had many peanut butter pies in my day, but nothing tops a recipe that includes cream cheese. Some peanut butter pies only contain vanilla pudding with a sprinkling of peanut butter on the top. What the what? To me, that is not a peanut butter pie at all. The way my mother taught me to make a peanut butter pie is to incorporate the peanut butter into the pie filling which undoubtedly contains cream cheese. There is just no other way, folks.

My husband’s grandmother, God love her, makes a vanilla pudding peanut butter pie, and although it is good, it ain’t great. Sorry, grandma! I love this recipe for chocolate peanut butter pie because it is so rich your future grandchildren can taste it.

I am a sucker for a great meatball recipe and I think I have found the mecca of all meatballs. Who would have ever thought that adding a simple ingredient like BBQ sauce could totally change the dynamic of meatballs forever? I mean, seriously, BBQ sauce makes meatballs sing to my heart. You won’t be sorry that you decided to put back the store bought meatballs and make these little homemade guys.

I asked my neighbor Sally if she had ever tried BBQ meatballs and surprisingly she had not. You see, Sally usually has the scoop on all new and old recipes alike. She’s a bit of a self-proclaimed recipe expert. So, I made up a batch and shared a few with her. Sally was impressed 🙂

Oh. My. Heaven. This rum Bundt cake is like a little round cake pan sent directly from heaven to my doorstep. You have never tasted anything like this, you guys. it is so good! It reminds me of those yellow butterscotch candies that my grandma always has sitting in her candy dish. So, incredibly good! And don’t worry, the alcohol in the rum burns off during baking/cooking.

I love serving this cake at Christmastime. It looks beautiful sitting on the table until everyone hacks into it haha! You and your family will love this delicious cake and will be chatting about this recipe for years to come.
