This Millionaire Pie Is Prepared In 5 Minutes!

Now and then I like to pretend that I’m on “The Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous” and Robin Leech and I are having dinner together on a yacht. Yes, I admit, I’m a bit of a dreamer. Alas, I am not a millionaire, but I’ve found a pie recipe that makes me feel like I am for a moment. This lovely dessert is called “Millionaire Pie” and it is to die for. It’s a cream pie packed with maraschino cherries, pineapples, and coconut. Each bite is fluffy and filled with heavenly goodness.

I typically take this dessert with me to baby or bridal showers because it’s so pretty to look at. It is almost to0 gorgeous to eat…almost. Plus, try taking this pie away from a pregnant mama. Don’t even try it!

You’ll be amazed at how easy this dessert is to make. It looks like only a seasoned pastry chef could pull such a delicious masterpiece off but anyone can do it. Enjoy!

My friend had a birthday party last week. She is a great cook and she loves to try all kinds of new dishes, so all she wanted for her birthday were different kinds of homemade treats.

A group of us friends got together with a bunch of special recipes, and we made lots of delicious things to give her as presents. This is the recipe I chose and it turned out a great hit! We all loved it – especially the birthday girl. A true classic, these little morsels of paradise practically melt in your mouth. It’s an easy recipe, with few ingredients, and makes for the perfect gift, tied in a festive bow.

One thing many people don’t know, is that these macaroons are gluten free. They can also be dressed up in melted chocolate or even with a cherry on top. Although this recipe says to bake for 30 minutes, you may want to keep an eye on them since the baking times may vary depending on your oven.

Put these in a pretty glass jar, tie a ribbon on top and you’ll have the most wonderful homemade present for any occasion!
