People Can’t Stop Sharing These Mouth-Watering Recipes

Let’s all take a deep breath and prepare ourselves for these wonderfully tasty, easy recipes. Life is hard, but cooking shouldn’t be – it’s what I always say when someone asks me how I manage to serve my family home cooked meals every day of the week. My secret is, I only make easy recipes – but when they are filled with so much flavor, no-one realizes they were a cinch to make!

These seven recipes have been in my family’s dinner rotation for so many years, I can’t even remember. Some of these my mother used to make when my sisters and I were just little girls. Sure, I tweak these occasionally, just to keep things fresh – but I’ve noticed my family enjoys these the most when I make the recipes just as they are.

If I had to name my absolute favorite of these, I would have to say… ummm… honestly, I’d have to say all of them. But I especially love the soup recipe you’ll find as #4 on this list. It’s super easy, and so delicious! Which one of these is your favorite?

Hey, guess what?! Creamed corn is here to stay! Hooray!

Creamed corn is always a hit with my family, so when my daughter-in-law (and trusty kitchen assistant), Krissi, saw this recipe she couldn’t wait to prepare it!  This would be a wonderful recipe to multiply for family reunions or potlucks. And would you believe it if I told you that at one point my family and I hated creamed corn? Then, I came across this heavenly recipe and that all changed. I know serve creamed corn quite regularly and my family couldn’t be happier.

I think the reason why this creamed corn is so good to me is that of the texture. it is not soggy like so many creamed corn recipes are. The corn stays crisp and firm and I like this as does my family. You could never, ever buy something like this in the store or in a can. Trust me, ladies and gentlemen, you are going to want to try this creamed corn recipe!

This Creamed Corn Is BETTER Than Your Grandma’s

I’ll be honest, the very thought of creamed corn used to make my stomach churn. I’ve never really liked the stuff. To me, creamed corn was always mushy and just gross. However, that all changed when I came across this amazing recipe. If creamed corn needs to be made, it should be done like this. This method of making the yellow kernel side-dish doesn’t leave the corn mushy or murky at all. In fact, the corn is still very much crunchy and firm.

I am really glad I came across this recipe, and I think you will be too! I have actually become quite a fan of creamed corn now that I know how it’s done right!

There’s no way I’ll ever have another spoonful of the canned version – I don’t think anyone should. You’ll know what I mean once you’ve tasted this!
