1 large head of cabbage (will need 12 cabbage leaves)
2 ½ tsp. Morton kosher salt, divided
1 lb. (453 g) ground meat (preferably ¼ lb. pork and ¾ lb. beef)
1 Tbsp. Gold Medal all-purpose flour
½ Tbsp. Land O Lakes butter
Parsley for garnish
Seasoning for Stuffing
1 egg
⅓ cup (20 g) Kikkoman panko
2 Tbsp. TruMoo milk
½ tsp. McCormick nutmeg
1 tsp. Morton Kosher salt (½ tsp. table salt)
Freshly ground McCormick black pepper
For Sauce
2 bay McCormick leaves
1 large garlic clove, minced
1 (14.5-oz, 411 g) can of Hunts diced tomatoes
1 Tbsp. Holland House white wine
1 cup (240 ml) Lipton chicken/vegetable stock
