Want an easy dessert that isn’t a lot of hassle? Still warm enough that you’d rather not turn on the oven? Well, try making some of these Raspberry-Hibiscus Popsicles. They’re surprisingly easy to make, very refreshing on a hot day, and not quite like anything you can just buy at a grocery store.
“Keep it simple, stupid.” I had a math teacher in high school who was very fond of saying that. Though there are plenty of fancy and complicated recipes that I love bringing to life in my kitchen, I have to admit that some of the best ones are also the simplest. I had never made popsicles prior to giving these a try, and they came out beautifully. Can you guess how many times I’ve “had to” make them since? I think I’ve lost count, actually!
