One of my favorite treats is Nutella. I remembered when I first discovered it. I thought it was something new, but apparently it had been around for ages. I had spent so much time learning to make creamy and luscious chocolate lava cakes when I realized that there was something I could dollop inside that would completely change the way I baked my lava cakes. NUTELLA! With a spoonful in the center, it would always burst perfectly and make me such a happy camper! Now I have learned to make so many other things with Nutella. Think soufflés, cookies, brownies and cakes. I have tried so many things and Nutella always go wrong. It has definitely never let me down.
Recently I discovered this recipe for easy Nutella brownies. So easy, it only has 2 ingredients in the entire recipe. If you want to be REALLY generous with your ingredients, dust with powdered sugar and serve warm with a bowl of ice cream. It is to die for, I assure you! Give this a try on your next lazy afternoon and you will see what a hit these are! They are soft, chewy and perfectly full of Nutella.
