When my aunts and my mother came back from their meet up with friends, they were all surprised to see the kids behaving. My cousin just grinned and showed them her concoction in the freezer. I got that idea from her and I make this every time I feel too tired to ask Chiyo to behave. That son of mine truly got his father’s mischievousness! But I wouldn’t exchange him for anyone else, of course.

8 ice cream sandwiches (regular size, not minis….If using minis, adjust recipe to cover pan.)
half a package of Oreo cookies (or more…to taste)
cream cheese frosting
Place ice cream sandwiches on bottom of 13×9 pan.
Spread frosting over ice cream sandwiches.
Outline edges with cookies, and crumble some up and sprinkle on center of cake.
