This recipe is pretty awesome. Even though there’s a lot of different ingredients on the list, it’s really easy to put together.
And don’t you worry if you don’t happen to have all of the ingredients at hand! One of the great things about this recipe is that you can omit any 1 of these ingredients, and it’ll still turn out delicious. I wouldn’t omit the cheese, though – that one’s a must! Cook the sausage ahead and you barely have to spend any time at all making this, when it’s party night!
Ingredients
1 can fire roasted diced tomatoes
1 can refried beans
1 small can diced green chiles
½ lb ground sausage, cooked and crumbled
1 cup diced smoked sausages
½ jar white queso dip
1 tsp McCormick garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
1 cup shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400F.
Mix together all ingredients except for the Monterrey Jack cheese in a bowl until everything is smooth and combined.
Pour into a baking dish, 8×8″ or a similar size. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until cheese is nice and bubbly.

Quick tip: Instead of Monterrey Jack, use your favorite cheese.
