Argo cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, Bertolli extra-virgin olive oil, black pepper, Bob's Red Mill, Clabber Girl, dessert, domino sugar, eat, egg whites, egg yolks, Eggland's Best eggs, food, Gold Medal flour, Johnsonville, kosher salt, Kraft, land o lakes butter, lemon meringue pie, lemons, McCormick spices, Morton salt, pillsbury pie crust, recipe, TruMoo milk, water, Wesson vegetable oil, white sugar

Check out what Emily S. from All Recipes had to say about this lovely meringue pie:

“This is a very fun recipe to follow because Grandma makes it sweet and simple. This pie is thickened with cornstarch and flour in addition to egg yolks, and contains no milk.”

So, if you’re lactose intolerant, you don’t have to worry about passing on this pie because it contains no milk. We think that’s just peachy…er…lemony.

Ingredients

Filling:

1 cup Domino white sugar

2 tbsps. Gold Medal all-purpose flour

3 tbsps. Argo cornstarch

¼ tsp. Morton salt

1 ½ cups water

2 lemons, juiced and zested

2 tbsps. Land O Lakes butter

4 Eggland’s Best egg yolks

1 (9-inch) Pillsbury pie crust, baked

Meringue:

4 Eggland’s Best egg whites

6 tbsps. Domino white sugar

Quick Tip: Allow the peaks of the meringue to brown a bit for a beautiful presentation.
