The first time I heard of this I just couldn’t believe it. I had to try – and it really works!
There are so many recipes that I use that call for marshmallow cream. Seriously, I’ve considered taking out a loan to buy stock in the white, fluffy goodness. Okay, maybe I’m not that far off the deep end, but I do use marshmallow fluff in a lot of desserts.
I’ve found that making my own fluff is much easier and less expensive than purchasing it every week. Do you want to know something else? It only takes TWO ingredients to whip up a batch of ooey, gooey marshmallow madness. I am not kidding! Just two ingredients! You are going to be so super surprised at what they are your head just might spin.
The best part is – this recipe really makes the most perfect, fluffy marshmallow cream you could think of. I guarantee, if you give this one a try you will never go back to your old ways again!

Quick Tip: Add some vanilla for flavor!

where is the recipe. I can’t find the next page button. This is so time consuming. Cant you just list the two ingredients
Ingredients
1 (15oz) can Hanover chickpeas or white beans, with or without salt
1/3 cup Billy Bee honey or In The Raw agave OR 1/2 cup fine Domino sugar or xylitol (vegans: use the non-honey options)
Optional pinch McCormick cream of tartar, for stabilization
Feel free to add a little McCormick pure vanilla or almond extract
Instructions:
Open the can of beans and drain the watery part into a stand mixer or a large mixing bowl. (Save the actual beans for a different recipe.) You should have about 1/2 cup chickpea liquid. Add all other ingredients, and beat with an electric mixer or in a stand mixer for 12-16 minutes. Cover and refrigerate any leftovers. It separates overnight, but re-beating works perfectly.
Any chance you know the amount it makes? Enough for a cake icing? Many banks
15 oz can of chickpeas drained and sperated, you will need about a half of a cup of the juice .1/3 of a cup of billy bee honey or In the raw agave honey or a half of a cup of fine Domino sugar or xylitol . Feel free to add a little vanilla or a pinch of cream of tarter for stabilization . Put juice and honey or sugar in mixing bowl and beat for about 15 teen minutes, cover and refrigerate any left overs iIt separates over nite but re eating works perfectly.
Amen
Sounds like I will have too try this one.
Weirdest recipe I’ve ever seen. Makes you think you have to try!
So bean juice, sugar, honey, cream of tartar, vanilla… Adds up to two ingredients ? New math
The last two ingredients are optional. Meaning, you don’t have to use them in order to successfully make the recipe. So yes, it’s only 2 ingredients.
No, there are 5 ingredients listed, if you do not have to use last 2 that still leaves 3 ingredients.
New Math indeed…
No.
1 (15oz) can Hanover chickpeas or white beans, with or without salt – Mandatory Ingredient

2-Ingredient recipes
I can only find 4 ingredients with two being optional. so if I don’t use the last 2 there are 2 left not 3. new math for you??
This is absolutely ridiculous. Just print the recipe, why lead us on a wild goose chase for the recipe with 2 ingredients. Never found it because you led me from page to page. This has happens to often on your site. I will delete all your postings, your recipes is not worth the “Next Page.”
Hi, Myrna! I checked the recipe you are referring to and I only had to click once. On page 1 you will see NEXT PAGE in big, red letters at the bottom. Click on it and you will be taken directly to the ingredients and instructions, as is the case with most of our recipes. Enjoy your day 🙂
Nope …she’s right….it ALWAYS takes us to another page FIRST…I finally discovered that when that “other” page appears..just click out of it and the right page will be underneath it.Annoying set up.
Nope, she is not right…you are not being taken to another page. You are however seeing a pop-up ad that comes to your screen upon clicking on the NEXT PAGE link. Just click the X in the corner and it will go away in 2 shakes of a lamb’s tail 🙂
oh for crying out loud stop whining it is only a click away. if you don’t like to click to the next page if it is a chore for you then opt out of the site. My goodness. I like the site and I dont mind clicking it only take a moment in time. So relax and enjoy these recipes that someone was thoughtful enough to post. I thank you for them.
Thank you for your kind words and common sense, Sylvia. We here at Tastee Recipe APPRECIATE you!
Oh this explains why your responses are so rude when replying to any sort of less than positive remark.
Sorry, you feel that way, Jen. Have a glorious day 🙂
Whine, whine, whine….a couple clicks…give me a break!
it’s not about a damn click it’s about the ease of the darn recipe no?? geez people glad you don’t cook for me..from scratch I’m sure would be boxes products..
Do you know the status on this? I used Cannelloni bean liquid with a t/3 cup of agave, and a little vanilla. I’m a diabetic and Would like to know the serving size, carbs, proteins, and calories. It’s very, very tasty! Thank you
I made this… yum!
Can you tell me the status on this? Calories, protein, carbs, serving size. I’m a diabetic and would like to put some of this on my strawberries. I made it with canonnelini bean liquid & agave, but next time I’m going to use Stevia. Thank you for your help!
Hi, Sue! Unfortunately, we don’t know the nutrition facts on our recipes.
So where’s the stinkin recipe? I am not going to go after any more of your recipes again. Why do you do a bait and switch thing for two ingredients? Bye
Not sure what you’re talking about, Cheryl. You click on NEXT PAGE and the recipe is right there. One click. That’s it. Bye
Good grief. Reading these comments are exhausting.. these people can click out 800 letters and numbers to complain about clicking next page, but can’t be patient and just click next page. Just tell them bye Felecia, and keep posting your good recipes for those of us who love them…
LOL You made me chuckle, DeDee. Have a great day 🙂
I have ALL of the information on one page. I don’t have to click on next page to get to the directions.. ??
Strange. I always place the recipe on the second page when I format them.
omg people the recipe was posted like a million time, n the word “OR” mean 1 of them not all of them. Sorry.
But drives me crazy when husband ask where the mayo is to, duh behind the milk if you move it you can see it.
Looks wonderful, and just kookie enough to try. Thanks for sharing, and please ignore snipish remarks from those readers who did not thoroughly understand your explicit instructions. Shease, people, be nice!
so exactly where is the recipe that states only 2 ingredients and 1 of the ingredients is fluffy marshmallow???!!!!!
found some disgusting sounding recipe that contain bean juice but nothing with marshmallow…..what a crap website/webpage
if you gonna post a link to a recipe have the common sense to make sure the link takes you to that said recipe!
CrazyCatLady, if you click on NEXT PAGE it will take you to the ingredients and instructions. There are only 2 ingredients in this recipe. The other 2 ingredients are optional, meaning, you don’t have to use them. So, again, only 2 ingredients go into this recipe. Now, kindly go play with your cats and stop being so angsty before you give yourself an aneurysm 🙂
That is the recipe. It makes marshmallow.
I think the “crazy cat lady” has been eating kitty litter…making her VERY crabby. Get a life crazy cat lady…take some happy pills or something.
? you ladies who can’t find the Next Page in red. Enough already! Someone even gave you the recipe in the comments and you are still lost. Give it up already you obviously cannot follow directions so just go to the store and buy a jar of marshmallow crieme. That would be your safest bet!
What are chickpeas or white beans?
Beans. Chickpeas are also called cici beans or garbanzo beans. White beans are any white bean. You will find them with other canned beans in the grocery store.
Oh my soul. “What are chickpeas or white beans?” THAT made me LOL.
Love your recipes. I have no prob finding the red NEXT PAGE.
Can’t wait to try! I even have cream of tartar! Ty
I have no problem getting recipes from this site – EVER. I always click on the NEXT PAGE in red at the bottom. Funny how it works for most but not all??? Try turning on your ad blocker – you might find that this is the source of your problem and the reason for the extra clicks, though I’m no expert. Before everyone starts complaining about ads, bear in mind somehow or other the site has to be maintained.
So, can this be used instead of marshmallow creme in recipes? ({like Krispie Treats). Does it keep it’s consistency or does it separate, as stated if stored. . .same question for using it as a meringue? And, if you use it as a meringue, do you bake it like a regular meringue?
I must try this!!! Thank you!!!
Please everyone, just ignore the whiney people who cannot follow directions, or can’t click once to reach a recipe. The more attention you pay to them, the more they will complain. Just carry on a civil conversation around them. Simple! Enjoy the site!
OMG! It’s insane! People are getting REALLY BAD lately!
Thank you for sharing this interesting recipe. Had no problems with the site. Took minimal tech savviness 😉
Maybe those ladies who can not find the 2 ingredient recipe are actually looking for a ‘how to video’ demonstrating the process.
Not sure how in the world bean juice, honey and vanilla can whip up into marshmallow frosting but I am going to try it.
New to this site, do you all mean to be so snarky, can we not express ourselves with some humility and respect. Read the flow of comments and ask yourselves to be objective
Somebody is GIVING you a recipe and you complain about it?
Had no problem finding recipe. Will try. Do know what word optional means. Sitting on porch with coffee enjoying morning. Thankful for parents and teachers who taught me how to read a sentence. Will try this unique recipe Have a good day and quit your “b”
Amen and AMEN Peggy! Reading these comments also makes me feel totally thankful for being the intelligent, grateful & polite individual that my parents raised.
What a surprise the ingredients were! I am going to get me a can of chickpeas and try this out.
Chickpeas are a very common and popular canned item these days. They are also called Garbonzo Beans if you don’t find them as Chickpeas. ? Have fun! I think we all have to try this one out lol!
The only question I have is one that I saw asked in the thread of comments but not answered that I could see….if thisnindeed makes a “marshmallow fluff” can it be used in rice crispy treats and hold up? Or will it break down?
2 ingredients lolol
Why are so many of these replies so grumpy. If you don’t like the recipe, then don’t use it. Every recipe has ways that it can be tweaked to make it better or different. Apparently some of these women have nothing better to do than criticize
Hope you know that people who are allergic to peanuts and legumes are going to have a deadly reaction to this. They will think it normal marshmallow.
If they read the recipe they will realize that chickpeas or garbanzos or any other bean is a legume. If they are not aware of that, then that is not the fault of the recipe provider.
Will it make enough to icing a cake? Many thanks
Geez!!! Getting a bit nit-picky about a bloody recipe!!!!!!
asking question not answered. will it keep Krispy treats and pop corn balls together and only separate when left overs put in freg
