These Are Going To Blow Your Mind

My family is a big fan of Hispanic food, especially taquitos. I try to buy the better quality ones from Trader Joe’s or Fresh and Easy, but sometimes I just get the freezer isle kind. I had never even tried making my own until I came across this recipe.

Somehow I always thought they’d be difficult to make or that they wouldn’t be so tasty. What drew me in was the cream cheese and chicken combo; I was very intrigued and was not disappointed at all. These are delicious and so creamy! They’re perfect for your next potluck or tailgate. It’s good to make these in double batches just to have some that can be re-heated for lunches. And you know these will only get better when re-heated!

This recipe turned into an instant success at our house, and I’m sure your family will fall in love with these taquitos, too. Let us know how yours turn out, and please share with all of your friends.
