This is such a simple recipe and it’s very easy to mix it up a little if you need change. Try a different stuffing mix, for example! If you want to make your own cream of chicken soup for this, it’s going to be even more mind-blowing.
But don’t feel guilty if you can’t find the time for making cream of chicken soup at home. Even with store-bought one this is one of the tastiest chicken recipes I have ever tried, and my whole family agrees with me! This is what fans have said about it over at team-t-adventures:

That’s one of the things I really loved about this recipe, besides it being a slow cooker one! I love chicken but I definitely don’t enjoy it when it turns out a dry, tasteless piece. You certainly don’t have to worry about that with this one! This chicken turned out so flavorful that my husband went for a third helping. I’m glad I decided to double the ingredients!
Ingredients
4 thawed chicken breasts
6oz. package of Stove Top stuffing mix
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can of cream of chicken soup
Instructions:
Put the chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker and add the stuffing mix on top of it.
Mix the cream of chicken soup, sour cream and 1/4 cup of water in a bowl. Pour the mixture on top of the chicken and stuffing mix.
Cook on low for 4 hours.
