Yum, yum, yum! I get all excited whenever I find a new chicken recipe I haven’t tried before.
If it happens to involve a crock pot AND stuffing, I am just over the moon! I don’t always have a lot of extra time to prepare dinner, but I don’t like to opt for takeout every other day, either. That’s why I love my slow cooker so much! It has saved the day on so many occasions that I’ve lost count a long time ago already.
I am a big Thanksgiving person and stuffing is one of my favorite parts, so an easy and tasty slow cooker chicken and stuffing recipe is right up my alley. Plus because of the chicken soup and sour cream in this recipe the stuffing comes out with a very rich flavor that I rather enjoy.
