The classic combo of bacon, cream cheese and onion will delight your taste buds. You won’t be sorry that you decided to give this awesome meal a try. I have added bacon wrapped stuffed chicken breasts to my monthly meal menu because my family loves it so much! And get this! My family and I love to go camping and we have determined that these bacon-wrapped chicken breasts are the perfect camping food! You cna make these over the campfire by wrapping them foil and placing them on a tripod over the fire. Yum!

Check out what my friends over at Food.com had to say about this recipe:

This was real good. I cooked the bacon in the oven on a cookie sheet while cutting all the fat from the chicken, flattening it, and mixing the cream cheese mixture. By the time that was done the bacon was partially cooked as the recipe calls for!

Will you be making this scrumptious chicken bake tonight? If so, please let me know how it turns out by leaving me a comment. I always enjoy reading what you have to say.

Ingredients

1 boneless skinless Tyson chicken breast

2 tablespoons Philadelphia cream cheese

1 tablespoon green onion, Chopped

2 pieces Hormel bacon, Partially Cooked

Instructions

Pound out Chicken breast so it is about 1/4″ thick.

Mix together cream cheese and green onions and spread cheese mixture over 1 side of chicken breast.

Roll Chicken breast up to conceal cream cheese.

Wrap partially cooked bacon around chicken breast and secure with toothpick.

Place on baking sheet and back for about 30 minutes at 375.

Broil for about 5 minute to crisp bacon.
