The Only Breakfast Dish I Wouldn’t Mind Eating All Day Long!
I never thought I’d see the day when my kids would actually come rushing to the kitchen for their breakfast. Sometimes, especially on Mondays, it seems like they’ve superglued themselves into their beds and possibly gone deaf, as well. The older they get, the harder it seems to be to get out of bed – and I can’t blame them because I kind of feel the same way about early morning wake up calls!
This Monday I decided to take a different approach. I made two of these awesome breakfast pizzas! This is one of the easiest, yet most delightful breakfast recipes I’ve ever tried. So I made these, then just opened the doors to my kids’ rooms and shouted “There’s pizza!”
To my surprise everyone was in the kitchen in less than 10 minutes! Which is considered a world record at our house… They devoured their breakfast and, fortunately, I got a couple of leftover slices that I had for lunch later on that day.
