So, if you enjoy apple pie you are really going to like this recipe for caramel apple pie bombs. They kind of remind me of apple dumplings but better. Plus, they create an explosion of flavor in your mouth, hence the name “apple pie bombs.” This is the perfect dessert to serve when you have family or friends over for dinner. What an exciting way to end your time around the dinner table.

I enjoy serving my apple pie bombs with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The ice cream gets all melty and drippy on top of the warm bombs. So good! The best way to eat these bombs is fresh out of the oven. My husband and kids really like this dessert and they even prefer it over traditional apple pie.

If there is one thing that everyone in my household likes to eat it is macaroni and cheese. We love it. I’ve made many variations of the cheesy casserole, including the popular blue box kind. My husband seems to like baked mac and cheese over all other until he tried this fabulous slow cooker version. He said it was the creamiest mac and cheese that he’d ever eaten in his life. I’d have to agree with him on that one.

And guess what? You don’t even have to boil the pasta when making this fabulous slow cooker meal. All you do is toss everything into your crock Pot and 2.5 hours later you have a robust meal that’s fit for a king. You’re going to love this.

I don’t know what I like better about this recipe; the fact that it is easy to make or that my kids will eat it. Both are win-win situations if you ask me. Seriously, these cheesy brussel sprout casserole is the cat’s meow. It is super easy to make and you won’t even know that there are brussel sprouts in it because they are hidden under a layer of cheese and fresh herbs and spices. So yummy!

If you don’t like eating your brussel sprouts you will now! We all know that cheese makes anything better, including unsavory veggies that are good for us. So, g’head, give this casserole a try and watch your opinion on the little green balls of veggie goodness change forever.

I am always up for a good Asian-inspired meal, how about you? From shrimp fried rice to General Tso’s chicken, it all sounds good to me. Usually, my family and I will head out to our local Chinese buffet to satisfy our Asian food cravings, but that can get expensive, especially wit a family of five.

I decided I was going to make my own Asian creation and found this amazing chicken teriyaki casserole recipe. The ingredients are so fresh and crisp! Plus, the sauce is to die for. The whole casserole tastes great and everyone tends to really like this mashup. The only person in my house that didn’t like this casserole was my teenage daughter but she doesn’t like anything right now so we won’t count her vote. 🙂 Enjoy!
