This Side Dish Is Crazy Easy To Put Together!

This casserole is simply amazing, you guys. I am not a fan of spinach at all, or ricotta for that matter, but this casserole really hits the spot. The spinach flavor isn’t too heavy at all and honestly, the ricotta compliments it. I liked the texture, too, as it wasn’t gloppy like I thought it would be. It pairs perfectly alongside your holiday meal. I think I’ll be making spinach casserole with my normal nightly entrees in the future.

This recipe is just too doggone good to only serve during Thanksgiving and Christmas. And you want to know something else about this recipe? It is super easy to make! Check out the ingredients list and directions on the next page. There are hardly any! That means you get a basic and simple casserole that tastes like a million bucks.

I don’t know about you guys and gals but that’s my kind of cooking! My husband and kids really liked this spinach casserole. I was surprised that my children ate so much of it as spinach isn’t a food they usually crave. Win!
