Well, folks, Sally did it again. She found an amazing recipe that not only impressed the ever-loving daylights out of me but made me rethink my life. LOL Just kidding about the rethinking of the life part, but seriously, this cake did make me rethink how I’ve been making Bundts. Sally came across this amazing cheesecake stuffed Bundt cake recipe from a website called “Hugs and Cookes XOXO” and told me that I just had to make this dessert. You know what? Sally was right, I did have to make this dessert.
Now, I don’t know about you guys and gals but cheesecake stuffed Bundt cake sounds like something that would be truly difficult to master, however, it was not! This recipe was actually quite simple to make. When i finished baking my masterpiece of chocolate, cake, and cheesecake filling, it appeared that I had been slaving in the kitchen all day long. I just let my family think that 🙂
