Do you love brownies? I am not that big of a fan. It does not mean that I hate brownies or will not eat them, I will just never choose them over a different dessert. I prefer to enjoy chocolate in the form of cookies, or cake – not brownies. But, when I met my husband I knew that was going to change. He is obsessed with brownies! He loves them plain, with peanut butter, marshmallows, or anything else on top. Any way you prepare them, he will eat them.

Recently, he asked me to try a new way to make them. I wasn’t sure what he meant. I was pretty sure I had tried everything and even exhausted my options. But, as usual, I took a little trip on Pinterest and found something original. It was an Andes mint chocolate chip brownies recipe. It looked pretty cool and had lots of mint chocolate over the top. My husband loves mint chocolate so I knew it would likely be a hit. I downloaded the recipe, bought the ingredients, and decided to give it a go. And sure enough, it did not disappoint. My husband was absolutely thrilled with the results of these brownies!
