Ahh, my love for apple desserts continues to be demonstrated in the amount of recipes I write about them. I know, I know, there are so many apple desserts. But none of the ones I have shared have ever been the same, so how could I keep such great treats from you all? You deserve to see them all and make them and fall in love with apple desserts as much as I have. Life just would not be the same without apple desserts, for real.
Apple pie is my absolute favorite dessert. Of all the apple desserts I have ever made involving apples, apple pie is definitely the best. It has loads delicious flavors, is sticky, the crust is perfect and the topping? My oh my. I mean, I know lots of people have different opinions as to how to how an apple pie should be topped. Should it be topped with the same pie crust or a crumbly buttery, sugary and flour topping? I am all for the crumbly topping, but either way you serve it, I will eat it. Well, this dessert does not have either topping, but it is still amazing! It has got to be the easiest apple dessert ever!
