Giant green peppers stuffed with tender rice, savory beef, and juicy tomatoes. Yum!
As a kid, my mother would quite often make stuffed green bell peppers. We had a garden in our backyard so during the summer months mom would have us children go outside and harvest our own peppers to be stuffed. We always thought this was so much fun! When it came time to eat we would fight over whose pepper belonged to who. I have no idea how we could even tell haha!
My mother was always making delicious foods like stuffed bell peppers. Cooking seemed to be second nature to her. I hope I am half the cook that my mom was and is.
