Coleslaw is something my northern mother made all the time but she never made this peachy keen southern version, before!
If you are a lover of coleslaw you are going to fall hard for this recipe. You guys, it has grilled peaches in it! Peaches! Talk about a flavor fest! I mean, seriously, even if you don’t like coleslaw, you will after you try this yummy concoction of mayo, shredded cabbage, and peaches. It’s delish!
I, for one, am more of a potato salad kind of girl but when I tried this peachy coleslaw for the first time I was totally smitten by the enticing flavors. This coleslaw is relatively easy to make and even if you don’t have a grill you can still whip yourself up a batch. Feel free to use a frying pan if you must.
The original writer of the recipe is Kimberly Schlapman from the country music band, Little Big Town. Kim, girl, you outdid yourself with this little gem!

Quick Tip: I bet this recipe would be great with a little bit of pineapple tossed into the mix. What do you say?
