The Most Delish Potato Dish We’ve Ever Made
Let me tell you, friends, this time I have something completely mind-blowing for you! My cousin just came back from a 3-week trip in Europe. She and her husband rented a van and drove across so many countries, I can’t even remember. I was green with envy when they took off since that’s something I’ve always wanted to do myself! But I’m really happy they had such a wonderful vacation – and now we’re getting to the best part. They brought back a whole cookbook filled with recipes they had tried with the locals, all over Europe!
Of course I immediately copied every single recipe – I’m always up for trying new dishes and exotic flavors. I’ve only tried a couple of them so far, but they’ve both been absolutely delish. Like this amazing Czech potato salad, for example!
I know it’s kind of hard to go wrong when you’re making potato salad (they’re all good, if you ask me) but this one turned out exceptionally tasty. It was a huge hit at our garden party last week and I intend to make it again tomorrow, when we have friends coming over for a BBQ. This one is so yummy, I could skip the entree and just eat potato salad all night long!

Quick Tip: I like to add smoked ham, but you can leave it out if preferred.
