It’s not an exotic dish that you haven’t heard of; not really. It’s just a simple meal that you can do anytime, anywhere because it’s not a hassle to make. It tastes delicious and it will definitely satiate your hungry stomach and satisfy your taste buds. It truly is no mystery! Except that its taste, with all these simple ingredients, is extraordinarily good. This dish is also very flexible—you can pair it with anything and its taste will still come out superbly. You can eat it with rice, bread, or noodles.
Ingredients
2 pounds Tyson beef (shoulder, round, or chuck steak – choose round for less fat) cut into bite-sized pieces
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) reduced fat Kerrygold Lighter margarine
1 onion, cut into wedges
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup dry red wine
2 (10-1/2-ounce) cans College Inn fat free and lower sodium beef broth (or bouillon)
Instructions
In a large skillet, brown beef in butter.
Add onion, celery, mushrooms, garlic, salt and pepper; reduce heat and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
Add wine and broth; cover and simmer 1 hour or until meat is tender.

Quick Tip: You can substitute oil for the butter, bottle garlic for the fresh, or use a different wine.
