Check out what my friends at Food.com had to say about these Fish Tacos:

This was an awesome fish taco recipe! I really liked that it wasn’t fried, so many are battered and fried. I made a few changes, but nothing drastic and this came out great!

It was a great recipe! I’ve had fish tacos in many ocean side restaurants and these rival those easily. I may try throwing some mango in the cabbage next time with a drizzle of oil and apple cider vinegar. The possibilities are endless!

Ingredients

1⁄2 cup Daisy sour cream

1⁄2 cup Hellman’s mayonnaise

1⁄4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1 package McCormick taco seasoning mix, divided

1 lb cod or 1 lb white fish fillet, cut into 1 inch pieces (about 4)

2 tablespoons Wesson vegetable oil

2 tablespoons RealLemon lemon juice

1 (12 count) package taco shells, warmed or 1 (12 count) package flour tortillas

Directions

  1. Combine Daisy sour cream, Hellman’s mayonnaise, cilantro and 2 tablespoons seasoning mix in small bowl.

  2. Combine fish, Wesson vegetable oil, lemon juice and remaining seasoning mix in medium bowl; pour into large skillet.

  3. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium-high heat for 4 to 5 minutes.

  4. Fill taco shells with fish mixture.

  5. Top with toppings.
