2. Blueberry Angel Food Sheet Cake
First off, blueberries are an ingredient that whether fresh or frozen taste delicious in any dessert. That means you can make this angel food sheet cake any time of year! Second, it’s been discovered that angel food cake made in sheet pan form is even moister than any other, but still keeps that desirable spongy texture. Therefore, I can promise you this cake is a winning recipe that everyone will love.
I’d never even considered angel food cake in any form other than a bundt. That’s why when I came across this I was skeptical but also curious. I am so glad I made it because it was phenomenally delicious. Everyone was happy, and my husband isn’t much of a berry fan unless it’s strawberries. We topped it with whipped cream and had it for brunch. This is one for the books! I am definitely making it again.
