Whenever we visited the local theme park there was one treat I had to have every time, and that was a chocolate covered banana. There are only two fruits I adore with chocolate on them, and those fruits are bananas and strawberries. That’s not to say that there aren’t any others that are just as good, but this is one of my all-time must haves every summer. Talk about a whole lot of yum – this recipe is super popular in our house.
Now with this amazing recipe I can have brownies stuffed with a hunk of banana. It captures that same flavor I love and can be made with ease! Everyone will think they are biting into just a regular old brownie, which is great, but with a banana in the middle it’s even better! There’s no one I know that doesn’t like surprises and this is a tasty one. So treat your little monkey’s to these snacks.
