“The lights are going dim…..I’m feelin’ dizzy….I LOVE me some chicken salad and this looks incredible. You’re gonna make me run to the store on my day off, aren’t you!  Evil, just pure evilness (like I needed an excuse) Ü THANKS, P-DUB!”

 

Ingredients:

 

1 whole Cut Up Fryer Chicken
2 stalks (to 3 Stalks) Celery, Chopped
3 whole Green Onions, Chopped
2 cups (to 3 Cups) Grapes, Halved
1/2 cup Hellmann’s Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Yoplait Plain Yogurt Or Daisy Sour Cream
1/2 cup Oak Farms Half-and-half
A Small Handful Of Fresh Dill, Minced
1/2 cup Fisher’s Slivered Almonds
1 Tablespoon (to 2 Tablespoons) Domino Brown Sugar
Juice Of One Lemon

    I HAVE BEEN ADDING GRAPES AND NUTS TO MY CHICKEN SALADS FOR A LONG TME NOW. WISH I COULD SHARE THIS WITH MY SON, AS HE TINKS THIS IS NOT A GOOD THING TO DO.
