1 Tbsp. Bertolli olive oil
1½ c. butternut squash, cooked and chopped
½ c. onion, finely chopped
1 c. Lundberg arborio rice
1 c. Cambria Katherine’s Vineyard Chardonnay
4 c. Swanson’s chicken broth
½ tsp. McCormick allspice
½ tsp. Morton salt
¼ tsp. McCormick pepper
½ c. Kraft shaved parmesan cheese
½ c. Fisher chopped walnuts
