I don’t think it’s any secret that I’m a little bit of a Texan pride kind of gal. I love Texas. Besides the heat, of course. So anything that reminds me of home, or reminds me of being a Texan, is a great recipe to me! Conveniently, this is actually also a GREAT recipe. Deliciousness!
Texas is known for its fabulous food, and every once in awhile we have a slam dunk like this that not only is delicious, you can’t really get it anywhere but here. There are several variations of this recipe, but these one is my favorite! The ingredients pair so wall together, and the marinade compliments the flavors incredibly well.
