My mom had to lose weight three years ago following a health scare.  After success with Weight Watchers years ago, she tried to find a recipe for soup she remembered loving.  This updated version made with fresh veggies was exactly what she needed.

 

It took a lot of dedication, but my mom still credits what she calls “The Soup” with helping her lose those extra pounds.
