If you have a picky meatball eater, these are the ones you are looking for.  The BBQ sauce gives it a little bit of a tang, but the jelly makes it oh-so-sweet and it is absolutely delicious to enjoy! My mom told me that this meatball recipe is seriously easy to make. I mean, all you have to do is todd everything into your slow cooker and go about your daily business. Surely, anyone can do that. If you are an inexperienced cook this is a great recipe to start with. Mom is generally right about these things and would never steer any of us beginning cooks in the wrong direction 🙂

People always love a good crock pot meal and can tell when it has been made with love at home.  Prepare this for a birthday party, holiday get-together or a simple family dinner or snack and you will be the life of the party!

Ingredients

1 squeeze bottle (2 1/2 cups ) Welch’s Concord Grape Jelly

1 18 oz. Sweet Baby Ray’s bottle barbecue sauce

1 package (2 lb.) frozen prepared meatballs

Instructions

Add grape jelly and barbecue sauce to a slow cooker, stir to blend well. Stir in meatballs to coat. Cover and cook on high for 3 to 3 1/2 hours, stirring halfway during the cook time.
