This dip, with all of it’s wow factor, is so unbelievably easy to make.  You just blend 4 ingredients in the food processor until smooth, and then drizzle with honey and if you’d like add some cracked black pepper or chives.  My favorite part about this is serving it with pita bread.  It looks fresh, unique and so delicious when it only took you seconds to prepare.  Served on a beautiful plate, this can look like restaurant quality. Give it a try at your next dinner party and come back and tell me about all the compliments you received!

Ohhh yes, I so agree.  This goes a long way when you are looking for something classy to serve!

Ingredients

½ cup ricotta

4 ounces Athenos feta, crumbled

3 Tablespoons Bertolli olive oil

¼ cup good quality local honey

1 teaspoon cracked pepper

1 Tablespoon sliced green onions or chives

Instructions

Blend the ricotta, feta, and olive oil together in a food processor until smooth.

Spread on a plate, pressing the center down to make a well. Fill the well with honey. Top with cracked pepper and green onions.

Serve with pita bread or blanched carrots.
