Who doesn’t love cheese tarts? I know no one. My friends all love cheese tarts. My relatives all love cheese tart. My husband loves cheese tart too! And of course I love cheese tart. There are a lot of cheese tart recipe that I have tasted. In groceries, you can buy those little cheese tarts that come in a dozen a box. They taste quite good, however, you know that they are not homemade because there’s something artificial on their taste. Cheese tarts are supposed to be cheesy and sweet and creamy and they’re none of those.

These cheese tart recipe that was recommended to me by my sister-in-law is a bit sinful. She found this online when she was searching for a dessert for a special dinner with my brother and a client. It’s actually a dulce de leche tart. Usually, something like dulce de leche will make me back out because it’s too sweet for my taste.

However, when a dessert has just the right amount of ingredients and the right method, it always ends up with something that you will surprisingly love. I had to ask my sister-in-law for the recipe after that afternoon tea because I cannot NOT make this at home for my family!
