This dessert is the cat’s meow, folks. Check out what my pals over at Hugs and Cookies XOXO had to say about the phenomena known as “layered cheesecake brownies:”

“Dessert Time Debacle! Cheesecake? Brownies? Cheesecake? Brownies? This dessert solves that conundrum!  It is a combination of both! Yup, here you are actually marrying layers of brownie with layers of cheesecake. Pretty awesome, right? The whole thing then gets topped off with mini chocolate chips because, well, why not! Really feeling wild?  Drizzle on some melted chocolate for a WOW presentation!  How ever you serve these up they are sure to be an absolute hit!”

So, I was recently perusing around Google for a decent dessert recipe to make for a graduation party. What I came across was far more than just “decent.” I found a dessert called “Milk and Cookies Lasagna.” Let’s just read that out loud and let it sink in. “Milk and Cookies Lasagna.”

Seriously, folks, I think i found the missing link in the dessert realm. Not only does this recipe produce an amazing dessert, it’s also a snap to make! I couldn’t believe something that tasted so good could be so easy to throw together. Not to mention, this dessert looks remarkable in a glass baking dish. Move over meaty lasagna, because cookies and milk are taking over your post.

Berry cobbler is a mainstay in the south, as well as many other parts of the U.S. Honestly what could be better than that delicious, crispy-on-the-outside and doughy on the inside biscuit drizzled with fresh summer berries, then topped with a dollop of Cool Whip. I’m drooling!

However, grilling the entire confection gives it a whole new dimension of delicousness. I don’t know what it is about eating while camping but everything tastes better. I’m not one to question why something is so good I want seconds, I just jump right in. You will too!

I’m seriously thinking of just avoiding my oven all summer. It heats up the house and you get that unpleasant blast of hot air when you open it up – no thanks! There are plenty of things to whip up that don’t need heat, and if they do I turn to my crock pot.

That being said, there is no reason to eat anything but fresh, cold salads! This one features pasta, chicken and ranch flavorings so it is on point! Even if you have picky eaters, they’ll dig into this Fiesta Ranch Chicken Pasta Salad with gusto.

I won’t keep you in suspense for too long! This salad is a mash up of deviled eggs and none other than everyone’s favorite – potato salad! That classic, creamy flavor of the two along with crunchy bits of celery, onion, pickle and then the pasta! So unique! It’s like this one was made to please everyone.

I just made it yesterday and I’m drooling already because there’s a little bit leftover in the fridge. It will be mine, oh yes… it shall! In fact, I am planning on whipping some up for our family cookout this weekend. It’s like potato salad on steroids!

Quick Tip: The brine or pickle juice should be added in increments, it really does add to the overall flavor but you don’t want it too watery.
